We Want YOUR Feedback!
While planning for our 2016 campaign, our United Way is also in the beginning stages of a three-year strategic plan. Before we finalize any plans and goals, we want to make sure we hear directly from our communities - what's important to you? what do you think are the biggest issues facing our communities? do you think United Way is focused on the right things?
Please click on the link below to take the short, 10 questions survey. THANK YOU for your input!
2016 Pillar Grants
As a result of our successful 2015 Campaign, our board of directors was able to allocate a total of $17,500 (highest ever!) to help fund nine pillar grant projects!
Give. Advocate. VOLUNTEER.
In partnership with Jefferson County, our United Way has launched a new online volunteer platform. The site is FREE to all users and provides a fast, easy way to connect to volunteer needs within our communities!
Please visit our volunteer page for further details on how to start getting involved in your communities!
THANK YOU to all who provide support to our United Way!
With sincerest thanks,
A constant reminder that when we as individuals think outside ourselves, we have the power to facilitate change. When we think of others’ lives as linked to our own, our compassion grows. When we reach out a hand to one, we influence the condition of all. We build the strength of our neighborhoods. We bolster the health of our communities. And we change the lives of those who walk by us every day.
